Shipping & Delivery
      After you place the order,we will send the goods to you in 24~48 hours in weekdays or 48~96 hours during weekends and other holidays.

If your order is up to 45USD,we will choose China Post Air Mail to ship the goods to you,and your free shipping package's departure and arrival status can be checked using the tracking number displayed in order tracking.

And if your order is under 45USD,we will ask you to charge the tracking number fee,and then when we ship the order to you we will offer a tracking number for you.

Normally,we will choose the China Post Airmail as first shipment term,and if you want to use the Singapore Post Airmail,You need to pay some extension cost,also you can leave message to tell us which shipment term you need,and we will try to meet your request.

After we ship the order to you,there will be a tracking number for you,and the system of the website serice will send an email to you,if you did not receive the email,please check your SPAM mail box,the email will be there!

As for the other shipping carriers, we also accept UPS/DHL/TNT/EMS etc. please contact us if you have any further requirement. However we don’t suggest these express, because they are more expensive than the price of the products itself.Nomally,we will send the goods via Speedpost or HongKong post.

Sometimes the package will be delayed 1-2 weeks by the reason of the flights and custom issues. So please DO NOT buy if you disagree with the shipping time. So, please don’t open any dispute in 30days, because the item may appear at your door the next morning.                                                                              
Returns & Replacements
If you do not receive your goods,or the goods has problems,please contact with us,after we confirm the problem,we will replacement or refund the payment to you.Anyway we would like to solve it with you together,Enjoy your shopping!
  • The products are covered by the manufacturer warranty, but doesn't cover items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form.
  • If the item is defect when you receive it or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us ASAP and return it within 21 days for a replacement or money back.
  • If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.

Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Many orders can be cancelled  until shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund    consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost. 

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • Please contact us and double check the return address before you return it.
  • In the unlikely event that you have NOT received item in 31 days, please contact us ASAP and we will send any missing item again or arrange full refund.

Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves us and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages (sent via EMS/UPS), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online. Sometimes, the Airmail ONLY show the arrival date online. If no tracking information sometimes, please just be patient and most of items will arrive in 21days.
