I bought this Archon D22 torch several months ago and had it gone scuba diving several times now including night dives and I can say THIS IS the TANK you want to have.

With its 1000 Lumen white light, you are the leader in the dark. The light penetrates far and wide under water, and you can also use it on land without worrying the bulb would overheat.

And when it is late afternoon, this torch is still useful under water. The light is spot-light, BTW, but still a thick one.

With two 26650 batts, it gives me two solid dives.
