Paid $9 so its the bargain . Cant says its 1800 lumen though its about as bright as my Fenix E41 in High mode at around 400 lumens but that cost 6 times as much as this bargain.
Wow, good Product, fast ship, vielen Dank
Never, ever strobe yourself with this flashlight . Stupid is as stupid does.
Nice long throw. Great for outside use. Its brighter than 70s car headlights. I am impressed. Wish I still had a hunting dog, because I'd love to coon hunt with this light. Wouldnt even need a gun: Could blast the critters out of a tree with this light. Dont know how we got by with PR6 bulbs and 2 D cells. Then again, we were not night blind when we turned the DD cell off.
If you live in California, better buy a few of these before they are classified as assault weapons.
I first saw this light on youtube and people whent nuts for it, so i had to buy one to check it out.
this is a very nice flashlight that packs a punch.
its realy bright and has a nice hotspot and good spill.
because it has a big headunit and deep smooth reflecter, it throws the light pretty far.
but i would say the "effective" range is about 100 meters max.
the strobe is good, and wil disorient a person from a good distance.
i like the way it looks and with the " big head " it feels like a real flashlight, and that puts a smile on my face.
im selling my old flashlight, and keeping this one.
Very nice flashlight...incredible bright light and beam + throw....
Can't get any better for this price...Fenix TK35 costs x7.... :)
and the spot-throw-beam...is almost he same...10/10 for Lightmalls...very quick delivery also...UNBELIEVABLE GOOD LIGHTMALLS....Please continue like that.... thx.
My initial impression.. While the Lightmalls C8 is brighter than the XinTD V3. The build quality just isn’t the same. The UF also has a secondary ring around the outside of the beam. As Si would say… HEY! , you get what you pay for Jack! Nice light for the money though. Highly recommend this to someone looking for a good C8.. For the size & price hard light to beat. They claim 1800 lumens which I have no way to verify. But throwing it on the Lux meter it's showing 25,500 kcd @ 1 meter. That's very respectable for a small budget light.
This Light is Just to Bright. I just cant stand blinding everyone by truning it on. My neighbors hate me when I walk the dog at night. It has ruined my night hikes and blinds home intruders. WAIT! it does everything that I wanted and why I bought it. Well it does it all to well. I am shocked that this is a $17 dollar flash light. There could not be a better value in flash lights on the market. Buy this light and let it ruin live like has mine. hehehe , Now all my friends have flash light envy.
This is a great little flashlight for the money. Beam is tight and narrow and will easily throw a beam a quarter mile. Build quality is very good for the money. you will not be unhappy with the flashlight.
Having said this, I also bought the Ultrafire C12 from lightmalls. Its about the same price and looks almost identical to the C8, however the heatsinking seems to be a little bit better on the C12. The tail switch on the c12 also seems to be better.
Ultimately in a side by side comparison the C12 seems to be brighter than the C8 with the XM-L U3. I was a bit disappointed because, given the specs, I really thought the newer c8 XM-L U3 would be a lot brighter when compared to the C12.
I purchased both of these to compare them and though I like both of them, I really love the UF C12 and will probably buy more of these to give them as gifts.
Now I only hope that lightmalls keeps their quality consistent so that I get the same quality C12.
I collect many flashlights and this is my first budget thrower, i really was not expecting much, but when i poped in an unportected Sanyo 18650 i was suprised how bright it is, compared it to my Thrunite TN11 and Fenix TK35, to my eyes it is only little dimmer than Fenix and same as or a little brighter than Thrunite, i am guessing it is arround 700+ Lumins. The tint is way too cool for my liking infact this is the coolest out of my 36 flashlight collection, Hotspot is by far the brightest out of any of my other lights, in comparission to the TN11 it is significantly brighter hotspot but less brighter spill.
Not bad for 17usd :) now if this lasts and doesnt stop working fir a while it will be great p. will update after fe months.
Really bright, throw really far with lots of useful spill. Cool white tint.
Brighter from Crelant 7g6cs with 2 16340 batteries and almost as throwee
amazing quality case and very bright, GREAT DEAL
Nice deep reflector. Haven't tested it at night yet but I'm sure it will throw well for it's size. The beam has nice bright hotspot, best I've seen for a single 18650 torch, and I really the beams tint. Quality of the threads could be better but for the price the quality is pretty decent. Overall I'm very impressed with this torch - it makes a nice addition to my collection and I'm glad I bought it
this is a surprise! after measuring at 1 meter at high mode 25000-27000 lux at spot! mid 12200 lux(more than my SST50),low 1200 lux. some batterys cut off at high mode(cause 2,8a draw at high).strongest yet! good flashlight.Quick shipping!
Nice and bright, rates with my Romisen 2 cell RC-J4-2, little whiter.
