I'm seeing Cree products everywhere now. You can't beat this deal. I've been using this as a backup lamp with no problems.

Very bright but I don't think it is 1200 lm. The battery already fried and it fried the bulbs too.

Its good for the price that you paid, I think these bike light is not 1200 lumens. I bought 2 flashlights

It's still a decent buy for the price but I would be very surprised if it puts out 1200lumens

Low setting saves battery life and is fine for riding under street lights. Flashing mode certainly gets you noticed when riding in heavy traffic around town. Bright setting is good enough to ride at speed on unlit country lanes and still see pot holes in time.

I got more than a rainy day with this product, and never had any problem with water. Surprisingly small and light. That goes for the battery pack as well. Price!

Exceptionally bright light. Has a fairly narrowly beam which many others have commented on. I have only used in on my bike at night a couple of time, but it is actually quite good for commuting, with a solid amount of spill.
