   This is a well built 400 lumen led drop-in that I tested with calibated equipment that does not live up to the described product. It goes into regulation at 6VDC drawing 1.1A. At 12VDC it draws about .5A. It maintains 5-6 watts into the input at every voltage level I measured from 6-12.2 VDC. I was assured that this unit has a 10-11W driver. Actual LED drive I measured 4.8W accross a voltage input levels. No single die LED can put out more than 970 Lumens.
