1) Return Policy
1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 90 days after you have received it. we will bear the shipping cost.
2. If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 90 days period for a refund. In this case, we will charge a 5% restocking and handling fee. We do not refund the shipping fee.

- If the item is more than 90days old, buyers can still send them back for repair. However, the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees when the item is initially returned to us and when it is despatched to them. This means that the buyer must pay the shipping fee to us before the item is returned for repair.
- If you don't receive your order, we will resend it or you can request a full refund.
- If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased.
- We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.
- You may return your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

- The refund payment will be returned back via the original channel,if paied by paypal,it will refund via paypal,and if paied by Creditcard,it will refund via creditcard.(Normally,buyer will get the refund in few minute via paypal,and in 7 working days via creditcard,depends on the processing time of your creditcard bank)

2) Cancellation Policy
- 1:Orders can be cancelled until shipment.
- 2:Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- 3:Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- 4:Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- 5:Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.and it will be treated as returns.
- If you request to cancel your order,please contact us to check if your order has been shipped,and refund will be did in 3 business days.
- All the refund payment does not included the Paypal handing fee,due to the Paypal refund policy,the paypal does not refund back the handing to seller or buyer.
3) Return a product for warranty service
- offer a standard 12 month limited warranty service for all our products except some specified products.
- In general, products can be returned for a warranty service if manufacture defects are found or occur within the stated warranty period (normally 12 month).
