1) Return Policy
1:If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty or quality problem,you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 90 days after you have received it.after we got the return goods we will refund the order payment back to you.
Please note the paypal handing fee can not refunded due to Paypal policy.
2:If the product works but you do not wish to retain it,you can also send it back within a 90 days period for a refund.In this case,after we got the return item,we will charge a 5% handling fee.And we do not refund the shipping fee.
3:If a product doesn't work,you can send it back to us for exchange provided it is within three months of the purchase date.As the buyer,you will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us,and we will pay back the shipping fee to you
and for the shipping fees for resending,we will beat it.
4:Within a period of 3 months of the purchase date,buyers can send back items for free repairs.Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to us,while we pay the shipping fees for resending the item back to the buyer.
5:If the product is artificially damaged by the buyer, we can provide repair services,and the item is more than 3 months old,buyers can still send them back for repair.However,the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees when the item is initially returned to us and when it is despatched to them.This means that the buyer must pay the shipping fee to us before the item is returned for repair.
6:If you don't receive your order,we will resend it or you can request a full refund.

2) Cancellation Policy
1:Orders can be cancelled until shipment.
2:Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
3:Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
4:Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
5:Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.and it will be treated as returns.

1:If you request to cancel your order,please contact us to check if your order has been shipped,and refund will be did in 3 business days.
2:All the refund payment does not included the Paypal handing fee,due to the Paypal refund policy,the paypal does not refund back the handing to seller or buyer.
3) Return a product for warranty service
offer a standard 12 month limited warranty service for all our products except some specified products.
In general, products can be returned for a warranty service if manufacture defects are found or occur within the stated warranty period (normally 12 month).
